Please read through the Terms and Conditions outlined here carefully. These are the terms under which Me Blinds makes products available to you. This contract is binding as soon as payment for your order on is received in full.

When you purchase on this website, you enter an agreement with Me Blinds Pty Ltd (ABN: 69 1688 50262).

1. Our Contract:

This contract becomes legally binding when Me Blinds receives payment in full for the goods you’ve ordered. Me Blinds can only process your order after we receive payment in full. You can remit payment online with any major credit card, debit card, PayPal or B-Pay. Rest assured that your payment details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure. As you place your order and provide payment details, you authorize Me Blinds to process your payment. You will be charged for items at the time you order.

Me Blinds’ liability related to any order will not exceed the total price charged for relevant items. We will only accept orders on from browsers that allow communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. This includes Explorer version 3.0 or higher and Netscape 3.02 or higher and comparable browsers. You will not be able to place an order through an unsecured connection.

2. Price

You will have a chance to review the price you’ll pay at checkout and via your confirmation email. The order confirmation will be sent via email after your credit card has been verified.

The price you see at checkout and via your email confirmation will be inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST). The total price shown is the total price you will pay. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

3. Right to Cancel or Change Your Order

Cancelling Prior to Manufacture

We offer a 24-hour free cancellation service, so you may cancel most orders without penalty within 24 hours after your order is confirmed. To cancel without penalty, you must  contact us in the next business day (Monday through Friday) after your order is placed. 3-Day Express Blinds are excluded from the 24-hour free cancellation service. Because these must be expedited, they cannot be canceled or changed.

Me Blinds reserves the right to cancel any order due to incorrect price, system error or supplier error.

Refunding Your Payment

Once we have processed a refund, it may take up to 10 working days to process before you see the funds return to your account.

Me Blinds cannot be held responsible for interbank transfer delays.

Cancelling After Manufacture

After the goods are manufactured, measured or custom-made, you cannot cancel or change your order. Once an order has been accepted and entered our manufacturing process, we cannot accept changes or cancel your order.

If you are unsure whether your order has entered our manufacturing process and desire to make changes, please contact us right away via email or on our telephone helpline. We’ll do our best to help you.

If we are able to cancel your order, you may be responsible or a handling charge equal to 40% of the invoice value. The remaining balance will be reimbursed to you within 30 days of cancellation through a credit to your bank account or credit card.

Cancellation by Us

Me Blinds reserves the right to cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • We have insufficient stock to fill your order
  • You require delivery outside of Australia
  • One or more items was listed at an incorrect price as a result of a typographical error or pricing error by us or our suppliers

If we do cancel your order, you will receive a credit for the full amount of the canceled item to your credit card or direct debit as soon as possible (no longer than 30 days after your order). Me Blinds cannot be held responsible for any additional compensation related to the cancelation above and beyond the value of the item, tax and any applicable shipping charges.

4. Stock Shortages

In some cases, stock shortages may cause us to cancel an order. Me Blinds has the right to cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Insufficient stock to produce and deliver the goods ordered
  • You’ve ordered from a country or island where we do not deliver
  • The products you’ve ordered have been discontinued
  • Pricing error has occurred due to system failure on our database or website

If we cannot supply a particular item for any reason, we will notify you as soon as we possibly can. We cannot offer any discounts or compensation due to unforeseen circumstances such as these.

5. Product Descriptions and Measurements

a) Descriptions and photography

We have made every effort to accurately display every product on our website through photography or digital production, but various types and settings of computer monitors may display colours differently. Because of this, we advise that you order a free sample before you order your product. This is a free service to help you ensure that your product is produced and delivered exactly to your expectations.

Me Blinds will make every effort to deliver goods as described or sent to you, but any minor or immaterial variation in colour or pattern between the sample or description will not entitle you to reject the goods or claim compensation.

b) Measurements

All goods are made to your measurements. As such it is your responsibility as the consumer to take and relay to us the correct measurements. If you are unsure about how to measure properly, please call our customer service team for help.

Before you place your order, check and double-check your measurements and order details. No refund or returns will be given as a result of incorrect measurements. Goods cannot be resold after they are custom made.

c) Free Measure Service

Our limited time “Free Measure” service offer for orders over $500 is available only in metro WA and QLD. If you require this service, you can simply contact us with your order number and we will arrange a Free Check Measure visit by one of our experienced consultants for you.

d) Made to measure products

Any products that are made to measure cannot be resold, and so they cannot be canceled or returned. Please take advantage of our free sample service before you place your order because we cannot accept a return on these products for any reason.

6. Delivery

Me Blinds will deliver your ordered products to the address you have given us on the order form. As soon as your order is complete, we will dispatch the shipment and follow up with a status update email and/or SMS message. This message will provide information on the ETA of your order. Any delivery will arrive between Monday and Friday within the hours of 9am to 5pm.

Me Blinds uses outside Freight companies for these deliveries. As such, Me Blinds cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur after the goods have left our warehouse.

In the event that no one is at home, the goods will be left at the front door as default unless you have provided other instructions with your order.

7. Free Shipping

Me Blinds offer Free Shipping for all the orders over 3 blinds, to anywhere in Australia. A minimum quantity of blinds needs to be met per order to receive a free shipping. Sample blinds are excluded. 

8. Defective Goods

Me Blinds offers a 12-month manufacturer’s guarantee on any manufacturing faults. In addition, we offer a 3-year limited guarantee for our products.

8. Representations

No statement, description, advertisement, agent or other communication shall override the terms and conditions outlined here.

9. Unforeseen Events

Me Blinds does not accept liability for any delays, cancelations, damages or defects that have been caused by an event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, third-party defaults, industrial disputes, strikes, lock-outs, floods, fires, explosions or accidents.

10. Invalidity

If any terms outlined here are found to be unenforceable, it shall not affect any other part of these conditions.

11. Privacy

Me Blinds will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any third party. However, we do use other persons and companies to perform services on our behalf (such as credit card processing and package delivery). These persons and companies will have access to your personal information as necessary to perform their respective functions, but they will not have permission to use your information for any other purpose.

12. Consumer Guarantee

Me Blinds is responsible for providing you with the product you ordered. If you find that a part is missing or incomplete, we will replace it quickly as outlined in our Consumer Guarantee. Please read that document here.
