Where is my order?

You can check the status of your order in the order status page (url). We’ll update the status as soon as your order ships. All of our blinds are delivered using reputable third party freight companies, but we will do our absolute best to keep you informed every step of the way, with the information we receive from the freight company.

What is Meblinds Standard delivery times?

Standard Blinds – Once your order is placed, we will try our best to dispatch the order in 7 – 10 working days (this is the manufacturing time) plus standard shipping time

 

3 Day Express Blinds – These blinds will be custom manufactured in 3 business days and dispatched on the forth business day AT NO EXTRA COST to you.

Standard shipping time is as follows:

  • VIC – 1-7 days
  • VIC Country –  3 -7 days
  • NSW, SA– 3 – 7 days
  • QLD – 1 – 8 days
  • Tas – 6 – 8 days
  • WA – 5 – 8 days (allow extra 2-3 days for Regional WA)
  • NT – 9 – 10 days
Can I deliver to an alternate address OR to a PO Box?

Yes, delivery to an alternate address is possible. During the checkout process, you’ll have the option to choose a different delivery and billing address.

As our Me Blinds are delivered using reputable third party freight companies we are unable to deliver these to a PO Box address.

Samples are sent out via Australia Post, so for sample orders, a PO Box address can be used.

How will i know my order shipped?

We will keep you informed every step of the way. You will get a notification via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

What if I'm not home when the order arrives?

If you are not at home, the parcel will be left at your doorstep unless you have requested otherwise (you can make a note at checkout or call us immediately after you place your order).

What if the shipment arrives damaged?

If the good are damaged during delivery, take a picture or a video of the damaged box/goods and send it to support@meblinds.com.au.

Can I track my shipment?

You will receive a tracking number along with a link to our courier partner. Through this link, you can find information about the status & location of your shipment.

Order

Can i change my order?

We offer a 24-hour free cancellation service, so you may cancel most orders without penalty within 24 hours after your order is confirmed. To cancel without penalty, you must contact us on 1300 632 546 in the next business day (Monday through Friday) after your order is placed.

3-Day Express Blinds are excluded from the 24-hour free cancellation service. Because these must be expedited, they cannot be canceled or changed.

What if I have a technical questions?

Are the product images shown on your website exactly the same as the actual colour of the product?

Compared to the actual colour of the product, a degree of colour variation is always there between different screens, monitors and printed materials. To ensure your satisfaction with your selection, we recommend that you take a look at the close up image of the material and/or order a complimentary sample.

Where can I find measuring instructions?

Our easy measuring guide can be found on our website. It is also available in PDF for you to download and print.

Will I have to do math to figure out the measurements?

No, we’ll handle the deductions for you. Simply refer to this measurement guide and provide us with the measurements as instructed. We’ll take care of the rest!

Are there different ways to measure my windows?

There are two different ways to measure your windows depending on the window type,so please be sure to refer to our easy measuring guide

What if I need help with measuring?

What if I measure incorrectly?

We manufacture our blinds to fit your exact specifications, but if you mis-measure, please do let us know. We may be able to trim the blinds down for a small fee or offer a discount for a remake

Warranty

What is your warranty?

Every MeBlinds purchase comes with a free, extended 3-Year Warranty to give you the ultimate peace of mind. We stand behind our products and guarantee that we’ll repair and replace any product with defects, in addition to any rights covered by the Australian Consumer Law.

The purchaser is covered under our warranty for the following:Failure of blind to function Material or quality defects Defective cords, components, brackets, internal mechanics

MeBlinds guarantees that we will never sell, trade or rent your personal information to any third party. However, we do use other persons and companies to perform services on our behalf (such as credit card processing and package delivery).
