All of our blinds are delivered using reputable third party freight companies, but we will do our absolute best to keep you informed every step of the way, with the information we receive from the freight company.
Standard Blinds – Once your order is placed, we will try our best to dispatch the order in 7 – 10 working days (this is the manufacturing time) plus standard shipping time
3 Day Express Blinds – These blinds will be custom manufactured in 3 business days and dispatched on the forth business day AT NO EXTRA COST to you.

Yes, delivery to an alternate address is possible. During the checkout process, you’ll have the option to choose a different delivery and billing address.
As our ME blinds are delivered using reputable third party freight companies, we are unable to deliver to a PO box.
We will keep you informed every step of the way. You will get a notification via email and SMS/FB messenger as soon as your order has been dispatched.
If you are not at home, the parcel will be left at your doorstep unless you have requested otherwise (you can make a note at checkout or call us immediately after you place your order).
If the good are damaged during delivery, take a picture or a video of the damaged box/goods and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will receive a tracking number along with a link to our courier partner. Through this link, you can find information about the status & location of your shipment.
